I have tried many high-end phones, but only the Nubia Z70 Ultra has allowed me to reach more than 2 days of use.
It is difficult to find in the high-end a mobile phone so affordable that it can exceed 2 days of autonomy, although the Nubia Z70 Ultra has shown me that it is possible. Although I loved its autonomy, it is not the only thing to highlight in this terminal. The performance offered by its new Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, or the result of several of its lenses.
Although all these aspects could be found among models from other manufacturers, there is something that the Nubia mobile can boast about, such as energy efficiency—in part, also due to the savings of the new series of Qualcomm mobile processors.
It must be said, in this sense, that you will not find additional cooling, as is the case with the Redmagic, the mobiles aimed at lovers of mobile video games at a professional or competitive level, which has fans.
In any case, its 6,150 mAh battery will allow you to reach 2 days more than enough, something that I have been able to verify during several weeks of intensive use.
Features of Nubia Z70 Ultra
It will last 1 day at the highest level, something difficult to see in the high-end
One of the great improvements in the new generation of processors, not only in mobiles but also in laptops, has been the spectacular increase in the energy efficiency of the device.
On a day-to-day basis, this means that the Nubia Z70 Ultra can comfortably reach 2 days, and even on several occasions, overcome that barrier, something that favors the Qualcomm chip, but that you may not see in other mobiles of this level.
If you decide to make intensive use of the terminal, launching demanding video games, keeping the screen active, or accessing the 144 Hz that its refresh rate allows, you will be able to reach the whole day.
Again, it should be noted that there are numerous mobiles in the same segment that do not achieve what the Z70 Ultra does, such as reaching the day of use with a more than common use, such as browsing between apps, watching videos, etc.
On the other hand, the battery and the efficiency of the processor are directly related to the temperature that the mobile will be able to reach.
In this case, the Nubia Z70 Ultra has performed very well during the static analyses of different benchmark tools, although in the case of the most powerful 3D Mark test, the temperature has exceeded the value of 50 degrees.
Something that I could also find with the same test during the review of the Realme GT 7 Pro, which has the same processor, and that results in you having to put the phone aside for a few minutes to cool down.
Although I have to comment that this figure is not normal at all, just a representation of what could be achieved—and does—at the maximum level in static analysis of about 30 minutes. On a day-to-day basis, you will never come across this level.
To give you an idea, in a standby state accessing calls, social networks, or instant messaging apps, the temperature is 20 degrees on the battery and 27.4 degrees on the CPU, with an oscillation of approximately 2 degrees in both cases.
In short, I think the Nubia Z70 Ultra deserves a chance if you are looking for a high-end mobile for just over 61,994 Indian Rupee with an enviable autonomy in its segment.
